I requested them to unblock my account, submitted the required documents, wrote the letter I was asked to. 6 working days later and I'm stranded outside they didn't work on it

This bank's ATM machine is useless in the evening. It's either unavailable or out of cash. The probability of making a successful withdrawal as from 5pm is 1/10
