Very poor management. I was beaten by bedbugs. Yes..... Bedbugs!!! I complained and the receptionist told me that I'm complaining too much that others sleep there and they don't complain. The rooms are not in order. The receptionist is saucy. Their water is bad. The picture below…

Very poor customer service. God forbid! One of the girls called my friend an ashawo and the woman in charge didn't even want to listen to both sides of the story, she just jumped to conclusions. The guilty worker started crying and playing the victim. Insult on top of injury…

Located in a quiet environment. However, the hotel is poorly managed. The rooms are affordable but most of them has this pungent odour. Go with your airfreshener if you plan to lodge there.

Very poor customer service... Rude workers especially the Ebere girl, she's very rude to the extent she slapped my friend's hand while raising her voice on us.. Poor customer management and information. Imagine paying for a room at 2am and be told to leave at 12pm that same day…
