One of the receptionists was rude. The lights were dull, the water heater doesn't work and was not fixed, despite several complaints to the Management. There was also mouse in the room I stayed. The bed size, however was good and comfortable for the price.

This hotel has ant and cockroaches in most of there rooms and you are not expected to complain. It give me and my children a very bad experience of Nigeria. The children visiting for the first time at the age of 16 and 14 years old. Very poor customer service and the staff expect…

bugs all over the rooms, i even saw a lizard in the ceiling structure. my fridge and tv did not work and when i asked about a possible change of rooms, the staff were extremely rude.

This hotel is absolutely horrible! The rooms are not clean at all filled with ants and cockroaches, disgusting 🤢 The staff are rude and disrespectful . Half of the time the air conditioning doesn't work which makes it hard to sleep. They only give 1 towel per room even though…

I regret coming here, unfortunately I paid for two nights without checking reviews. Very dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, faulty furniture, never maintained, broken chairs and poor lighting. They need to learn the hospitality business or quit.
