I recently had a brief stay at this apartment, and overall, it proved to be a satisfactory choice. The rooms are spacious, providing a comfortable environment. I would rate it 3 stars, as there is room for improvement. Despite the shortcomings, the value for money is commendable…

Decent place. Large rooms. 3 stars due to the hot water not working, tv in one of the bed rms not working & the kitchen didn't have water. Not that I was expecting a 4r5 star american hotel but I was expecting some basics. However the food from the kitchen was great

Its a New building..work is still ongoing in some areas. I find it a tad expensive, no Wi-Fi, parking is not well laid out. Electricity is 24/7 which is quite an achievement in this vicinity. Hope they get it better going forward.
