Good communication. Arrived to eventually get a room with little alteration to my booking . Overall cozy. Staff are polite . Secure environment. Rooms well maintained.

I was at this choice hotel a couple of years ago and I swore never to be there again. Now with the renovations I thought they would have improved but the service is terrible. No security man to open
