This was my partner's first time in Benin and Nigeria and she decided to try your shawarma. Unfortunately, she was treated rudely. She informed me about the experience, and I initially tried to overlook it.
However, today she asked me to get shawarma for her on my way back. I simply asked a basic question about how long it would take for the order to be ready, and once again I was met with unnecessary rudeness.
This kind of attitude from staff is unacceptable and damaging to any business. I strongly advise the owner or management to address this issue and properly train their staff on customer service before it drives customers away.

First, I climbed the stairs to Cold stone to buy brownies to have while I sit and wait for my pizza order. The staircase was very close to the toilet and had no windows, imagine the smell that greeted me. Terrible!!!!
When I returned downstairs to place my order for the pizza, the customer service of the attendant was like he was forced to be there. Not a problem to me because I’m used to the type. I ordered for chicken pizza because the options were limited.
The prep time was very quick, less than 3 minutes. Not surprising, being that I was served 5 little cubes of chicken and little cheese on dry, baked dough.
I had planned to eat in but the place was so so hot, I couldn’t even relax. The air conditioners weren’t working. I forced myself to finish two slices, stood up and left so disappointed.
What an experience! I had to ask the security man at the exit if he cared for the pizza and I gave him the box of pizza.
Needless to say, I will never return.
It’s one thing to start a business, it’s another thing to manage it. Some owners don’t care about the day to day running of the business, all they care about is the money. It’s plain robbery!
