I bought an iPhone 14 Pro (open box) from this store. Two weeks after getting it, the battery health dropped from 100% to 97%. By the end of the first month, it was already at 88%. I reported it with screenshots, and the seller assured me several times that he would change the phone. Unfortunately, months went by without any follow-up.
Not long after, the phone stopped charging completely and went blank. I tried contacting the seller multiple times, but I couldn’t reach him. When the line finally connected, my calls were not picked or returned. I eventually had to fix the phone myself (battery + charging port).
My experience was very disappointing because I previously trusted this seller and had bought gadgets from him in the past without issues. I’m leaving this review so others can be aware and check their devices early, so they don’t go through the same stress.

I went in simply to pick up a phone I had already purchased online with my hard earned money, yet the sales attendants were completely nonchalant and unwilling to assist. Instead of offering help, I was told, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, wait for the manager,” and I ended up waiting for over four hours just to collect an item that was already paid for.
It is deeply frustrating to encounter such indifference and arrogance in a basic customer interaction. We often complain about bad governance and poor systems, yet when even the smallest amount of authority or responsibility is given to us, we misuse it by treating others with disregard and disrespect. The lack of professionalism, zero customer care, and the condescending attitude perhaps made worse because I am clearly not a man made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and demeaning. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs serious reflection.
