When the line finally connected, my calls were not picked or returned. I eventually had to fix the phone myself (battery + charging port). My experience was very disappointing because I previously trusted this seller and had bought gadgets from him in the past without issues. I’m leaving this review so others can be aware and check their devices early, so they don’t go through the same stress.

It is deeply frustrating to encounter such indifference and arrogance in a basic customer interaction. We often complain about bad governance and poor systems, yet when even the smallest amount of authority or responsibility is given to us, we misuse it by treating others with disregard and disrespect. The lack of professionalism, zero customer care, and the condescending attitude perhaps made worse because I am clearly not a man made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and demeaning. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs serious reflection.
