Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Oasis Children’s Hospital today. I arrived at the hospital with my son around 8:20 pm for an emergency, and his vitals were promptly taken. However, after that, we were instructed to wait to see the attending doctor.
Unfortunately, we ended up waiting for over two hours, only to be informed that Dr. Dike, the doctor on duty, had stepped out. As of 9:40 Pm Dr. Dike had still not returned to attend to patients, including my child, who required urgent care.
It is disappointing to experience such delays in a situation that required prompt care.
I believe Dr. Dike’s handling of this situation was not up to the standard expected of a healthcare professional, and I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed accordingly.
Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure better service for future patients.
