OLAYIWOLA A.★★★★★ — Currently ongoing renovation and one of the waiting halls, it was pretty fast , was attended to with 20mins that's was lighting fast.
Dendeninuola J.★★★★★ — The system is way better than it use to be, Professional and courteous officers and smooth access of procedures
Ruth I.★★★★★ — My time here gave me a better impression of the whole passport matter and the officers. Helpful officials and smooth process all the way.
Chidinma I.★★★★★ — The passport renewal process was very smooth. Seamless online registration and payment. I had an appointment for 12 noon and I was done under 30 mins with the capturing and all.
Didn’t meet any crowd and the officers were nice, friendly and welcoming irrespective of the fact that I was going on the last day of the year.
Let’s hope the passport itself comes out on time but very commendable. Thank you for the services.
Update: passport was ready in less than a month 👏🏼
Joseph E.★★★★★ — It gets very crowded, but they have a good level of organization.
Ensure your application status is showing vetted before going to the passport office, as this will save you hours waiting on the queue to get verified.
Ogunnusi P.★★★★★ — Please I don't know when my passport is going to be ready. I was given a paper after my capturing and thumbprinting and the paper says C/D and a date was attached to it. Is that the day of my collection?
Lukas K.★★★★★ — Appointmen should be by 9 am, was waiting for 2 hours, just to even something start happening, very bad experience
Eimutis T.★★★★★ — My scheduled appointment (booked & confirmed online) was today 9am. I came earlier around 8:50, Passport and Documents were collected from me around 9:15 am. After waiting in ground floor office room for 1 hour I was told to go wait upstairs and wait in the waiting room. People who came in later to this waiting room were called out by names sooner than me again and again often within 15minutes or so from coming. I was called by name at 11:11 and brought to same room i was waiting before from 9:15am.
After that everything was smooth and fast and after 15min I was free to go.
There is no coffee or wending machine to buy drinks or snack.
TOP N.★★★★★ — Walk in and out in less than an hour. Nice one
Joy I.★★★★★ — The office is clean and easy to locate, using a public transportation from Ikeja under bridge, board a bus to Egbeda and tell the driver that you will alight at sobo busstop. It is opposite the place, Dominos pizza by the left and a fuel station call Akowonjo.
Remember to print out the following docs. if you registered online: Receipt, vetted copy of the form, appointment slip, photo copy of your old passport with the old passport itself.
For collection, remember to go with your old passport again and your collection slip, drop it in the collection box and wait at the waiting area to be called in for collection, don't forget to photo copy the collection slip before dropping it, so that you will keep the original in case if your passport is not ready you can still photo copy from the original and submit for collection.
Abiodun A.★★★★★ — Well... waiting time is not too long compared to other centers around Lagos. But the queuing system for capturing can be better organized.
Well done team Alimosho!
Sonex I.★★★★★ — Typical government office service. A good initiative to bring the service closer to the people and the facility is relatively new so most of the fixtures are still working, but that's just about it.
The attendant touting has surfaced, the officers are always trying to make a fast buck, from the gate manning personnel to the front desk right. Especially if you have engaged the online services without the involvement of any officer. They will ensure that your application/renewal is dlayed as much at possible at every point.
The Servicom desk is also the front desk where the major attempt of "greasing the wheels" begins.
Jide O.★★★★★ — The service here is not timely. Despite my 9.00am appointment, I have not been attended to, after about 2 hrs, due to network issues.
I was also asked to pay N5,500.00 "admin charges" for which no receipt was issued.
Hạnh H.★★★★★ — So bad staff in there he take my money 300 usd but do nothing
