Pls try to employ more doctors , having just a doctor on ground doesn't make any sense ..... 4:50 till 8:20 still counting cos we haven't left here ..... With very few patients .... I urge the management to do something these doctors are human... U can't have one person attend to everyone including in patients.
Also, try to improve on your HMO services, not all HMOs are the same and not everyone is on a low budget package.... Your operational system is quite old fashioned, pls find out how it's done in other hospitals... Do a survey and work on your service generally.
Try improve on this and more for other patients though cos it's the last visit for my family and i we have endured enough.
