The staff were unprofessional. I watched them laugh at a fellow customer who was evidently having a hard time communicating her needs to them. She left the salon with a half started hair and misty eyes. Went here because I thought it was a reputable establishment, but that may just be their Ikoyi location. This location needs a total and complete reorganization from customer relations training to skill set
