Yesterday, after receiving confirmation that my HMO-approved medication was ready for pickup, I arrived at the hospital only to find that the pharmacy had no record of my prescription, and after waiting nearly two hours, I was told the doctor had not entered it into the system. I never got my medication. Moreover, I have noticed that only one doctor is usually on call during my visits. The long delays and poor coordination have made the service frustrating and inconvenient.

    • Joy D. ★★★★★ : Last week I took my pregnant sister to able God hospital in harmony they didn't even check her they just referred me to their other branch of which when we got there the doctor on duty attended to us quite well stating the fact that she has malaria,of which my sister's symptoms were obvious,they admitted her and started treatment, their rooms are dirty 😭 I couldn't sleep 😴,the surprising part of everything is that there was rat 🐀 in there it actually ate my sister's food of which I had to dispose the next day,the toilet was so dirty the ward was so dirty,no light in a medical facility,I was feeling so hot,so the next day another doctor came in stating the fact that my sister didn't have malaria 🦟,hmmm I was confused but I kept quiet 🤫,and my sister was on the second drip which was almost finished I was already feeling uncomfortable 😣 because of the environment I had to tell them to stop treatment and calculate my bills, before then a nurse has came in to ask me for deposit of #45,000 I was confused ooo we did scan she took two drip ,the room was #7000 as they said, and some tests they claimed they took without showing us the results so I just went to the doctor to let him know that I want the treatment stopped after the second drip finished,then he said that they're anti malaria drip she's supposed to finish the treatment meanwhile the other time he said she didn't have malaria I just asked them to stop treatment and calculate the total amount, guess what!!!!!!! They said my bill is 69,500!!!!! Just two drips few injections,scan and some crazy tests they claimed they did without showing us results,69,500 for just a night!!! That's wickedness!!! Though the nurses and doctors was nice but the wards were so dirty!!! Imagine seeing a rat 🐀 in a medical facility!! I actually paid #58,000 promising to pay the remaining on my sister's next antenatal visit, of which I'll pay but can't continue antenatal there!!! They should do better please...

I told her that i wasn’t feeling well and needed the to see the doctor, and then she said she would chat the lady in charge of HMO registration, that is how i sat down for over 10 minutes shivering, when i stood up to ask her, she said the lady hasn’t responded. Then she proceeded to call a nurse to do the registration and that one couldn’t spell my name. That was i knew my life wasn’t in safe hands, i just angrily left to another hospital. 100% bad service.
