Unfortunately i encountered numerous problem with PMT. Firstly their cashiers are unprofessional and rude, i was forced to pay a bribe (breakfast money as they call it) of N1000 before i was issued with 4 ticket.
After i have been issued ticket of bus number 2748 i was redirected to a different bus after several insult from the loaders.
Furthermore i was appalled by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by most of the drivers, one driver in particular was extremely rude and impatient exhibiting disrespectful behavior throughout the journey. This not only made me feel uncomfortable, but it also reflected poorly on the company as a whole.
Attempts to resolve this issue: To address this issue i reached out to the manager, he gave a listening ear but he has no control over the activities of the drivers, the drivers and the loaders are all managers of their own and answers to no one. The manager is just a figure head.
The baggage i came with, the loader charged me N1000 after hauling insults at me for asking him why it's so high. I was also charged additional N1000 for same baggage by the driver of the vehicle. I asked for a refund but was told that i would be dropped from the vehicle.
The subpar services provided by PMT ABA has a significant impact on me, i experienced unnecessary delay , stress and humiliation. My experience was extremely disappointing
Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services to others and will certainly be exploring alternative transportation options for my future trips.

GIGM has been my goto transport company when it concerns my travels within Nigerian in the past 7 years plus.
But I must say that administratively, they are greatly losing the value or quality of service they were known for. Gradually living in past glory.
My recent experience records as the worst. While I booked online,
Departure time online: 7:04am
Departure time offline: 7:45am.
Imagine waking up super early to respect time schedule only to eventually leave by past 9am for journey of over 600km
Either ways, the supposed bus for the journey had to undergo servicing just the very morning, leaving us with the Nigeria- Libya football airport experience.
Yes, the drivers still maintained courtesy and the regulated speed limit but the management officers need to sit-up.
It was a very dissatisfying experience for me.

- Office Lighting = poor
- Bus AC = fan
- Sad to say, we got transloaded at Ore, Ondo State. (Passenger swapping)
Final remarks: Be prepared to get to your destination late following "glitches".
