GUO doesn’t come to my town and the nearest location to us is Asaba so it was sent to Asaba. When our driver arrived Asaba which is a 2hr drive from my village to pick up the package, even after providing the pick up pin, senders name, receivers name and parcel ID they refused to release the package to our driver. The agent in question even told me that I’m not ready to receive my package and was insulting my father. The driver called us and we spoke to the agent on the “same number” used as the receivers number and confirmed all the details with him and he was still bent on not releasing the package even though it’s been paid for. How do you employ people that make things difficult for customers? How does a random person call with the number on the package and have all the details of the package if they’re not the rightful owner??? This is a business place and no one should have the impunity of telling a customer they will hold on to a package for no just cause.

Beatrice did what shocked me, she did not add a dime to the price she ensured she carried me along with negotiation and pricing, logistics was the boom, guess what, everything I spent was not even up to half of what the instagram vendor quoted for me.
Infact I have no words to describe HS logistic's service. They are very rare, honest and trustworthy, for sure I will keep coming back and I will definately refer them any day any time😁.

We are therefore demanding the following IMMEDIATELY:
A replacement vehicle without further delay
A full or substantial refund/compensation for all affected passengers

They took me 80,000 naira for a journey that's normally 50,000 Naira. They gave me a ticket issued to ikom and then abandoned me at onitsha returning me back 16,000 Naira which can't even take me from onitsha to Ikom. And I kept insisting at their agency that I was going to Ikom. Very bad company. Until the driver is telling me if I call customer service they won't do anything.
