However, communication could be improved. Throughout the process, I often had to ask for updates myself, and I rarely received proactive information about the current status of my case. Since these procedures are very important and often time-sensitive, regular updates would have made the experience much less stressful. Overall, I appreciate their work and would recommend them, but I hope they improve their communication with clients in the future.
