You set open time for 9am and keep people waiting for over an hour
When you eventually get in to wash , half of the washing machines and dryers aren’t working , so you literally spend a whole day doing laundry.
This yaba branch in particular needs to do better !
Anakin S.★★★★★ — Good place to do your laundry and work or chill while you wait. They have 7 washers and 6 driers and they’re usually up and running most of the time. I try to come as close to their opening time as possible so I be first at the machines.
They also offer a pickup service where a rider comes to pick up the laundry from your home, they wash it, and you can have it delivered back to you, or you can come to pick it up. It comes at a slightly higher price but it’s usually worth it because it’s relatively stressless and they fold the clothes too. Depending on how early you send it, you can request delivery the same day or the next day.

Also, it's funny that there is a socket that hasn't been working there for a really long time now and no one has thought to fix it. It's been close to a year since the socket has been bad.

They never have free or good machines but will be so quick to take your money on a lie that there is availability.
They then will refuse you a refund despite there being no availability
The place is also EXTREMELY HOT with no air conditioning and filthy.

“It’s a decent laundromat equipped with modern washing machines, dryers, and clean facilities, providing a convenient place to do laundry. However, the staff’s behavior is disappointingly rude; their nonchalant service and dismissive attitudes significantly detract from the experience. During my second visit, I attempted to ask staff member questions about the machines, but they rolled their eyes and responded curtly, like I’m not paying for the service. I initially thought this was an isolated incident, but it became clear that the staff’s poor attitude might be systemic after reading reviews from other customers dating back 1–2 years. It seems the management has been negligent in addressing these recurring issues, as no efforts appear to have been made to improve staff behavior or train employees to provide better customer service.”
Since then, the management has reached out, made efforts to address the issue, and even called personally to apologize. I appreciate their willingness to take feedback seriously and work on improving both staff behavior and customer experience. It’s good to see them taking accountability and showing genuine effort to make things right.
