    • Alexandra F. ★★★★★ : Urban Wash Café, Gbagada, you have officially converted me. 😂 I genuinely did not know laundry service could be this pleasant. First of all, the service delivery is excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff are kind, helpful and actually attentive. You get the sense that people care about doing the job properly, not just collecting your clothes and sending you on your way. And then there is the "little" thing that really impressed me: their record keeping. I had subscribed about 4 months ago and apparently still had some washes left on that subscription. I had completely forgotten about it. They hadn’t. They had kept the record and honoured what I was entitled to. That may sound small, but to me, that is ethics and good business practice. When businesses can conveniently “forget” things that favour the customer, Urban Wash remembered. The space itself is lovely. The ambience is clean, comfortable and calm enough that I could actually sit down and get some work done while my laundry was being handled. That is a HUGE win for me because I really don't enjoy spending half a day doing laundry. And my clothes came out smelling SO GOOD. 😭 There is also something deeply satisfying about knowing that your clothes are being properly washed, dried and handled without you having to battle Lagos weather, especially if you don't have a dryer at home. Honestly, once you experience the convenience, it becomes very difficult to go back to doing everything yourself even though you have a washing mahine at home. More importantly, it is affordable. So this isn't one of those “luxury service” experiences where you leave wondering whether you just paid school fees for your clothes. 😂 It is simply good service, good people, good systems, a good environment, and clothes that come back CLEAN and smelling amazing. All-round excellence. If you live around and you have been doing your laundry yourself, please… just go to Urban Wash Café. 😂 I have a feeling you won't want to go back.
    • Nicholas O. ★★★★★ : Very helpful. Really tidy and well managed. The prices are a little steep compared to other laundromats I know but there’s also a subscription service which they say won’t expire until you use all the washes it affords you. Would totally come back.

    • Lanre O. ★★★★★ : What a beauty! This is the best laundry service I have come across in Lagos, Nigeria! I feel confident bringing my family's clothes here whenever I am in town. Their professionalism is exceptional, and their quality of service and clothing handling are truly on an industrial standard. Folawaj Laundry deserves greater recognition. They are automated, calling you when your clothes are ready and allowing you to track their progress. It’s easy to find, has secure parking, and they answer calls during business hours—highly commendable! I would definitely recommend it! Earns my five-star rating ✨✨✨✨✨👌🏾

    • Ibeh T. ★★★★★ : Why are their staff always late ?!! It’s 10am we’re over 4 people outside waiting for them to open and this is a regular occurrence You set open time for 9am and keep people waiting for over an hour When you eventually get in to wash , half of the washing machines and dryers aren’t working , so you literally spend a whole day doing laundry. This yaba branch in particular needs to do better !

    • Uyoyoghene A. ★★★★★ : I totally love the service here. The laundromat is so neat and very conducive for relaxation while washing. There are a variety of games to keep busy with, if you like. It is also spacious for sorting your clothing and folding after drying. The pricing is okay, and the ambiance in general is superb. I recommend this place for speed and service. It's located inside within a filling station, so parking should not be an issue. It is very much recommended!

    • Ess I ★★★★★ : The worst laundromat to ever exist! They never have free or good machines but will be so quick to take your money on a lie that there is availability. They then will refuse you a refund despite there being no availability The place is also EXTREMELY HOT with no air conditioning and filthy.
    • Hephzibah A. ★★★★★ : These were my earlier thoughts based on previous visits: “It’s a decent laundromat equipped with modern washing machines, dryers, and clean facilities, providing a convenient place to do laundry. However, the staff’s behavior is disappointingly rude; their nonchalant service and dismissive attitudes significantly detract from the experience. During my second visit, I attempted to ask staff member questions about the machines, but they rolled their eyes and responded curtly, like I’m not paying for the service. I initially thought this was an isolated incident, but it became clear that the staff’s poor attitude might be systemic after reading reviews from other customers dating back 1–2 years. It seems the management has been negligent in addressing these recurring issues, as no efforts appear to have been made to improve staff behavior or train employees to provide better customer service.” Since then, the management has reached out, made efforts to address the issue, and even called personally to apologize. I appreciate their willingness to take feedback seriously and work on improving both staff behavior and customer experience. It’s good to see them taking accountability and showing genuine effort to make things right.

    • Funmilola A. ★★★★★ : Terrible customer service. I was told one price when delivering my clothes and then got a higher price when picking up. I questioned them about the discrepancy and the attendant was so flippant and rude, saying he had assumed it would be two cycles which is why he quoted two washes. Apparently it ended up being three cycles. All you could have said was, I’m sorry I made an error initially but no, he displayed a complete lack of accountability and transparency, ignoring me when I pointed out that he couldn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding. You guys need to work on your customer service because God forbid I come back here or recommend someone else to come back here. People make mistakes, that’s fine but at least acknowledge and apologize about the mistake. Rubbish behavior.
    • Ekuibe C. ★★★★★ : So a friend recommended here and I decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. The staffs are polite and very helpful definitely my go to place henceforth.
