My friends and I ordered a full spread, and the pineapple fried rice I had was literally to die for. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Strawberry fruit smoothie and instead of receiving a purely fruit smoothie there was 'Holandia milk' added. I don't drink milk. The staff member was well meaning, but I don't understand how a restaurant doesn't have a common menu. Atleast to check for allergies!
You are unable to return the product once ordered and I later learned it's because the amount of the discarded order gets docked from the staff member's salary. I was planning to go there on Sunday and so glad I had this experience so I don't go back again and waste any money. I'm sure their other food and drinks are nice but I haven't experienced those yet.

The customer service here is shockingly poor and completely devoid of basic human decency. It was made painfully clear that they have no regard whatsoever for children. On one occasion, I sat down while I asked my 10-year-old son to remain in line so he could choose his own meal. He was third in line, with fewer than ten customers present, yet he was deliberately ignored and attended to last, despite being a child.
When I raised this unfair and unacceptable treatment, not a single staff member offered an apology or showed any remorse. No explanation. No concern. Just indifference.
This level of conduct is shameful and appalling. I would not recommend this place to any parent or anyone who expects even the most basic level of courtesy and respect..
