After making this review, the CEO of the company called to threatened and insulted me to remove this review. They have collected my 20,450 which I only used one day that I must remove the review before they'll activate my Internet. The company lacks professionalism, from the customer care to the Admin as the man claimed in the call with their official number.

I went for NYSC registration but their personnel made a mistake in my password while creating the account. I couldn't continue registration after this. It kept telling me "invalid email or passcode." My email was correct so it was obviously the password. The owner of the place refused to hear me out and called me a trouble maker. He claimed it was network issue, and didn't want to listen or get my point. I ended up trying random numbers till I was able to get the mistake the personnel made.
Also their network is wack. A big cyber doesn't have a WiFi router... I'm guessing they use their phone for connection.
Avoid this cyber cafe if you know what is good for you.
