Their communication is very poor and worst i have never seen a company terrible like this, and I’ve experienced poor customer support all the time. There is not even a direct way to contact them all those numbers on their page are fake and automated no one would reply you for 4 days and their focus is on their money not quality services.
If i talked about my experience there won’t be enough space to write everything out. Integrity does not exist with them their shipping days is a lie your package would take longer days before you receive them

My experience with Maxmove Logistics has been an absolute nightmare. I have never felt more frustrated or disappointed with a service in my life. From start to finish, it has been a series of complications and false promises that left me questioning their entire operation.
As a first-time customer, I used their services for a DHL shipment, which typically takes 3-5 business days. To my dismay, my shipment took a full 7 days. Looking back, this was my first red flag, but unfortunately, I chose to ignore it.
Then, with misguided optimism, I inquired about their Super Saver Air Cargo service, which I was informed would take 7-10 business days for deliveries to Canada. However, as of today, February 21, my package, which was dropped off on January 30, has yet to arrive. Instead of timely service, I have been met with nothing but lies and deceit.
Every morning has begun with the dread of checking for updates or package tracking, only to be met with the same disappointing news.
I strongly advise against using their services unless you want to set yourself up for utter frustration, just as I have. My packages are now lost in limbo, and I can only imagine the state they are in. Their inefficiency and incompetence threaten to ruin my schedule, and I can only imagine the losses I would incur if these packages were intended for my business.
In conclusion, I genuinely feel sorry for my packages and regret not taking the warning signs more seriously. To Maxmove Logistics, I suggest you reevaluate your business practices—or better yet, close up shop and invest in some training courses. You’ve decidedly failed to deliver, and your customers deserve much better.
