The annoying part is nobody is giving me any explanation as to why that should be, as I have used that hospital before, still under your HMO. The person who picked your call line is answering me like a novice. This is why Reliance HMO would forever be better than you guys any day, any time. They even went as far as blocking me on WhatsApp when I enquired to know why I can't use the hospital of my choosing, seeing as its a stone throw from my house, and I have used them before, and I am very comfortable.

I hope you people actually do listen to the recorded calls of your customer care personnel. I just spoke to one rude lady called "head" or whatever. I was initially speaking to a lady called nkiru who was very pleasant and homely before i exhausted my credit. i regret speaking to "head" or whatever. she doesn't deserve whatever position you gave her.

And the fact that this your thoughtless policy all started recently. When the world is getting things done faster and moving ahead smartly through technology, Reliance is backtracking. Your customer service don't reply emails during weekends, even on weekdays you would have to go fasting and prayers for them to answer you the same day. This is like deliberately telling your clients that you don't give a damn about them and don't need them patronising you anymore.
