The person who picked your call line is answering me like a novice. This is why Reliance HMO would forever be better than you guys any day, any time. They even went as far as blocking me on WhatsApp when I enquired to know why I can't use the hospital of my choosing, seeing as its a stone throw from my house, and I have used them before, and I am very comfortable.

To say you’ve gone from being one of the best in the HMO sector to competing with those at the bottom rung is an understatement. You’ve thrown away your competitive edge and it is sad to see. I was an unpaid disciple of your brand, singing your praises to everyone, whether they asked me or not, got people and even a whole company to dump their previous provider and switch to yours, that’s how good the service was. But now, the reverse is the case. I understand that there’s inflation and the price increase even though exorbitant, is understandable. What is not understandable is increasing your fee and decreasing the quality of service delivery. What is with the long unending and annoying queues over phone calls and chats with agents on the app? Why do you have one hang up with a promise to call back when it is their turn and never do? Or should we talk about the long wait time to get authorization, or the meds you insist must come from you after a visit to a provider which is never delivered and is later cancelled from your end? The fact that I could call and speak to a customer care person and received help immediately I placed the call was one thing I really loved bout Reliance. You even called back if the person hung up but now, you put one on hold, waste their airtime and never get back to them. With the way this is going, I won’t blame anyone who seeks an alternative cos I will if things do not improve. When too many people start complaining of the same thing, it is advisable you do something about it. If things change, I’ll come back and edit this review. When you were doing well, I was very vocal about it and now you’re doing otherwise, it is very annoying. FIX UP!!!

They used to be good, but lately their service has been terrible. How can you tell a patient to wait fot over 6 hours just to chat with an agent. That alone is ridiculous. What’s worse is that it has been almost 2 days since a prescription was made for a 10-month-old baby, and up till now there’s no code, no drugs dispatched, nothing. This is not a delivery for clothes or some luxury items. This is medication! When it comes to medication, especially for infants, time is not a suggestion, it is critical! The slow response and apparent lack of urgency reflect a disturbing level of disregard for clients’ wellbeing. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated. If this is the direction the company is going, then something is seriously wrong. People’s health should never be treated with this level of nonchalance.
