The estate is a very prominent & populous large-scale residential development in the city, housing thousands of residents. Apart from the middle & lower income sections, there're also some high end affluent & gated sections within the estate. Indeed, the estate can be classified as a mini urban city with it's teeming population. Consequently, there're several businesses in the estate; schools, hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, boutiques, lounges, hotels & a modern market located within the estate. Importantly, some popular religious denominations have massive churches here. Therefore, the estate serves a dual purpose of providing housing for residents as well as hosting multiple businesses & religious centers. Among the churches & religious centres here is the Living Faith Church, Mega City, Trademore Estate, Lugbe District, Abuja. Located at 3 Bayelsa Rd in the estate, it is a branch of the popular Living Faith Church Worldwide, aka Winners Chapel. The Trademore Estate market is located closeby with some residential apartments. The church is majestic to say the least & seats on a massive piece of land. The entire compound is well paved with interlocking tiles, always sparkling clean & well maintained. It has a large parking space for worshippers to prevent parking in the street & obstructing free flow of traffic as the church is typically busy on Sunday mornings & on days of other religious activities. The Living Faith Church, Mega City, Trademore Estate, Lugbe District is indeed a magnificent & pleasurable house of God

The church at present runs two services on Sunday (1st Service - 7:00 am, 2nd Service - 9:00 am). Midweek Communion service holds on every Wednesday by 5:30 pm. The teens and children are not left out. The Teens and children's church grooms children to be sound in the things of God. The teachers are spiritually sound and used sound biblical principles to raise godly seeds. You will be glad you came!
