We had to wait far too long just to place an order, and when we finally did, the service was unprofessional and inattentive.
For a place that’s supposed to offer a great dining experience, the poor attitude and lack of urgency from the staff made it hard to enjoy our time there. Maxchill Grill & Bar needs to seriously improve their customer service and train their staff to be more efficient and courteous. Not worth the visit until things change!

Located on the road to VON (voice of Nigeria) Garden City Estate, the left turn right after that MrGood Restaurant, as you’re coming from the expressway.
I discovered this place about a week ago and it’s been my new fav spot. I learnt they opened about a month ago, specifically around February/March 2026. I love the beautiful scenery. The business name itself “10PM” was an attraction for me. Music at very moderate volume, enough seating arrangements for everyone, car parking is also not a challenge at all. The place is kid-friendly and also wheelchair accessible. I used their restrooms just so I can rate it with this review and I’m impressed; clean enough to conveniently take a dump.
Their food is really good; I’ve had their smoky jollof rice, their fish&fries, and also their noodles, no bad comments about any of them at all. Their staff are friendly and warm; I particularly love their outfit styling for some particular days. Payment options include cash, POS, mobile transfers. Drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) all available. Cocktails, Mocktails, Smoothies and fruit juices are alI available. I’ve had some of their cocktails and I confidently recommend….
About their menu, you can scan the barcode on your table and also place an order right from your phone or, simply just signal to any waiter.
Their service is overall a good one but then, as with everything in life, there’s always room for improvement. The covered seating areas need to be surrounded with tarpaulin especially as the rains are about to start in full swing. Their pricing is also really good; not outrageous/overly expensive at all.
Overall, a good place to relax and unwind without breaking the bank.

Trademore Estate (the lounge is directly facing the fence) & VON Garden City Estate are close by, but fenced off. Located in No. 22, Voice of Nigeria Garden City, Lugbe, Abuja, it is being advertised as open 24 hours daily. However, it typically gets most busy in the evenings/nights. Designed & constructed in a contemporary fashion, the facility is impressive in it's modernity. The entire lot is interlocked with a stretch of huts for those that want some privacy. Furthermore, there is another large covered area & a massive outdoor lounge area. Beautiful ornamental flowers are planted or enplaced in the entire place. At night, the place lights up with numerous neon lightings, which gives the lounge a stunning ambiance. The lounge indeed features a casual yet trendy atmosphere suitable for groups or solo visits. The menu is impressive too, serving BBQ platters, grilled fish, suya, grilled chicken wings, lamb chops, & beef skewers etc. They further have side dishes comprising various fries, buffalo wings, & assorted snacks. Regarding drinks, they have a wide selection of cocktails, mocktails, premium whiskey, cognac, fine wines, champagne, & beer. Other amenities include an onsite bar, a clean restroom, & ample free parking (both lot & on the street). A few years back, Sabon Lugbe general area visibly lacked such relaxation spots. However, quite a few have been established in recent times, but most are not of the same standards & quality of 10PM. That means that you should expect to pay slightly more here. But it's more than worth it. The facility is of simple but exquisite design, with good ambiance & a vibrant atmosphere. The staff comprising young boys & girls are neatly turned out in their official attires & carry out their tasks satisfactorily well. However, I think that they could be more professionally trained. This is without doubt a good place for relaxing & chilling out with friends or solo. Well done to the management & I urge you to keep it up
