I don't think anyone would patronize here if it weren't branded Honda.
For starters, i arrived here around 9AM and brought a car to be diagnozed with a rear brake sponginess issue. I had to keep on reminding the receptionists on my vehicle till around 1:30pm with me spending over 4hrs for them to bring a quotation that i had to almost fix all compartments of my braking system which seemed odd.
For the first time since i knew what a car was, there were two line items for Brake oil and another Brake Fluid. It's practically the same thing and at that point made me question if the person who did the diagnostics knew what he was doing.
I asked questions, didn't get proper answers and i was even told at a point that that i had to pay almost 50,000 Naira plus for Diagnostics if i wasn't going ahead which i challenged. It was a terrible experience and to top it off, they removed my sidebar while jacking the car up and had to fix it off.
I left by almost 5pm with nothing done, My braking system worse and me thanking my stars that was as bad as it got. To top it off, i had 2-3 people alongside me waiting for their quotations and servicing reports pretty much waiting as many hours as i did. Even the manager told me that i'd need 2-3 days before they get the parts.
This was a totally terrible day and experience that my only joy is that i'll never contact you guys again.
