Uche O.★★★★★ — As much as I like FMC, their personnel's from the receptionists, matron, lab staff, pharmacists and doctors are adequately knowledgeable people, my entire family including my parents use the hospital, even recommended to friends who now use them as well, my issue is the delay in service, especially getting to see the doctor for test reviews or follow up consultations, as a hmo covered family, we get to spend hours upon hours waiting most times the delay comes from the front desk, having not sent a request on time seeking for approval for medications, tests or consultations from the hmo, sometimes the approval is sent but the front desk due to their busy nature forget to check and we just keep sitting there waiting, there should be set priority for cases that involve elderly people and special needs, there's so much room for improvement that would make visiting the hospital seamless and stress free.

Looking through the facilities I saw on line available at Gleneagles Medical Health Centre, Victiria Island, Lagos, I felt so ashamed of myself as a Nigerian.
