Okiemute I.★★★★★ — My experience at Confessions Lounge was honestly a mix of good and not so good. On the positive side, the ambience is beautiful. Warm lighting, nice décor, and a comfortable setting that makes you want to relax and enjoy your time. The food itself was also really good, and the staff member who attended to us was polite, patient, and handled our requests well.
But my major issue was the waiting time. We had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before our food arrived. Another thing that didn’t sit well with me was being asked to move from the seat we originally picked because “a family of four might come in” and they felt the other seats might not be comfortable for them. We agreed and moved, only to find out later that it was unnecessary (we spent an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes there, and during that entire time, nobody sat in our original seat).
Suggestion: It would help a lot if they had someone at the door whose job is to seat guests properly from the start. That would avoid situations like that awkward, unnecessary, and slightly embarrassing relocation.

But the food is so nice, the milkshakes also. They also have a pastry section that's takeout, by the side. Overall a great experience. 2nd time being here.

The "Sweet seduction" cocktail I had while we waited for the food was heavenly; I was properly seduced. The food took about 40ish minutes to get ready, and although I would have wanted it to come much sooner, I've waited longer in other places. My friends and I ordered a full spread, and the pineapple fried rice I had was literally to die for. Highly recommend!

You could visit once a week, tasty meals, awesome ambience and great customer service. But all protein options and some other items are overpriced.
1 regular small beef that should be #500 is priced 1,500 here.
1 piece of Chicken is sold at 5,500 when a kilo is 6,500 @Uselu market.
I believe the owner can do better... I guess we're just paying for the ambience in disguise

I ordered a Strawberry fruit smoothie and instead of receiving a purely fruit smoothie there was 'Holandia milk' added. I don't drink milk. The staff member was well meaning, but I don't understand how a restaurant doesn't have a common menu. Atleast to check for allergies!
You are unable to return the product once ordered and I later learned it's because the amount of the discarded order gets docked from the staff member's salary. I was planning to go there on Sunday and so glad I had this experience so I don't go back again and waste any money. I'm sure their other food and drinks are nice but I haven't experienced those yet.
