Amin Y.★★★★★ — Worst customer care, after purchasing a product online from their website on 6th of September 2024, only to be told it's not available, I asked for a refund and till now 24th October 2024 and they are telling me they don't do refund, so either give me the product i paid for or refund my money, you cannot hold my money without giving me what i paid for.
Being a company working in IT and networking and computer products, you should be more active in updating your website so clients will not fall for this same scam again, except it is what you do.
