Very poor customer service at the akerelere surulere branch, on the 12 Dec 2023. Can't even guide customer to make informed choices, inpatient staff on duty in a hurry to go home at 4.30pm. Bought the worst cake in my life there. they dropped the ball here. Too bad for a brand…
