To think that I left the the state I reside in to go to their shop based in recommendation. It’s a decision I regret. Whenever you purchase an item there, even if it’s a 10hp airconditioner, make sure it works before leaving that shop, if not you will regret doing business with this guys. I made a purchase at the end of March, 2022, I sent a complaint on the 5th of may with my receipts, it’s July 18 and I’m heartbroken because of my purchase. I shall definitely seek redress in the courts. I have held myself back these months from posting a review, hoping I will get a positive feedback. Please just make sure whatever you purchase works, no matter the dealings on the appliance because if it does not work, they’ll leave you out to hang and dry.
I bought these Nexus gas cooker and the electric plate had never worked for one day. That was the problem I had. And for more than two months, the issue has been ignored
