For yournclassic spirt activities, I would recommend them. Football, tennis, basketball, swimming,. Well Serviced , good outdoors arrangement. Also have halls for events and occasions. We'll secured, good road network, well lighted, enough parking space. We'll mannered security team. However, the toilet facilty close to the football pitch needs attention always, Please place a stand by cleaner there.

I particularly liked the green football field, lawn tennis court with it's seating area and the absolutely large parking space for vehicles.
The hall here is a plus and was quite chilled with at least a 500-seating capacity (banquet style). It has a very nice stage and room for setting up good decorations.
There's a place outside the hall set aside for caterers and other vendors with a washing sink and running water. There's also a room to store drinks and the likes.
The security entrance looked adequate and was properly manned.
Easily accessible place and located in a very good area of surulere.

One cannot but give kudos to the late Alhaji Lateef Jakande that initiated the Low Cost Housing Scheme 1979 - 1983. Obvious, no longer "low cost", the entire structures would fare better if the Estate is replanned and or rebuilt with all landlords benefiting from an enhanced valuation of their properties thereafter.
