The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, insulting me and calling me names simply because I refused to pay for a service I never received. She even mocked me to my face, saying I had no right to complain since I wasn’t the one directly paying, as my HMO was covering the cost. Can you imagine? They try to charge for consultations that never happened, just because the payment is through HMO. Even the manager couldn’t resolve the issue, and the lady never offered an apology.
To make matters worse, the glasses I got from them were defective. After only two days, the lenses went from being clear to producing a yellow tint, making them unsafe
for use. I strongly advise against using their services don’t risk your eyes or your health with them.
