    • Busola O. ★★★★★ : I have never written a review about anything on Google in my life. But my experience with them was amazing. Right from my first call to my session with the Optometrist (I learnt this while having my eyes checked 😏). The doctor explained everything to me and why he was doing the things he was doing. And the receptionist had good banta and warm spirit. I recommend.

    • Lois A. ★★★★★ : The lack of sense of urgency here is appalling ,apparently it’s their modus operandi, and their excuse is,”we are so sorry,we only have one opthamologist on ground”,just get used to that line, because you will be hearing it in every of your visit, you book for cataract surgery but the actual surgery will take place 2 months after,a month and 2 weeks if you are lucky. It’s ridiculous that you schedule an appointment for patients, and you delay them for an average of 6 hours,it doesn’t even help whether you get there early or not. Honestly there’s little to no difference between this hospital and a general hospital.Fix up!
    • Nicky O ★★★★★ : Excellent service by Dr. Oyeleye on my father, Chief Fernandez. Eye surgeries were very successful and he is definitely the best in Lagos. Great staff all round from beginning to end with the best cus

    • ifeoma S. ★★★★★ : Dear Procare Eye Clinic Management, I have been going through your web reviews about Procare Eye Clinic and felt compelled to share my concerns regarding the recurring issues with your customer service. Do you even review this feedbacks from your customers? Just take a look at all the reviews you have, it’s absurd. You even responded to a customer in Caps “TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR” You can be good when it comes to service delivery but lacks emotional intelligence, empathy and soft skills. Kindly enhance your communication skills for yourself, your staff and ensuring that patients feel heard and understood which is essential for building trust and satisfaction. The unprofessional behavior and response from your customer support staff is poor. Providing customer service training for your team can greatly improve their ability to handle patient queries and manage Cx effectively. It’s okay to have good days and bad days as a business owner from your Cx. But note that providing exceptional service cannot be over emphasized. I will also recommend you train your team on how to handle difficult/Irate Customer. Always communicate effectively, be accountable, be ready to intervene as a boss when necessary and lastly be empathetic. This means you have to always CARE for your CX. Investing in these improvements will not only enhance your patient experience but also strengthen your clinic’s reputation and foster long-term loyalty. Overall, there is a clear need for Procare Eye Clinic to address these issues to enhance the patient experience. Focusing on improving communication skills, and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and leads to positive changes. Your patients deserve a supportive and professional environment that prioritizes their care and well-being. With this, Procare Eye Clinic can continue to provide high-quality eye care while also ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all Customer. Remember reviews speaks volume. You can do better!!! Cheers!
    • oghenetega O. ★★★★★ : Going through these reviews it's quite obvious that as a business owner doesn't quite qualify you with customer service skills. Please get yourself a Qualified Customer service agent to speak with people and interact better. Your approach to reviews is just wrong and makes it a place not to visit. Some potential customers that may want to try your facility, after seeing your comments, would not want to be involved with such service. Zero!
