Just take a look at all the reviews you have, it’s absurd. You even responded to a customer in Caps “TERRIBLE BEHAVIOR”
You can be good when it comes to service delivery but lacks emotional intelligence, empathy and soft skills.
Kindly enhance your communication skills for yourself, your staff and ensuring that patients feel heard and understood which is essential for building trust and satisfaction.
The unprofessional behavior and response from your customer support staff is poor. Providing customer service training for your team can greatly improve their ability to handle patient queries and manage Cx effectively.
It’s okay to have good days and bad days as a business owner from your Cx. But note that providing exceptional service cannot be over emphasized.
I will also recommend you train your team on how to handle difficult/Irate Customer.
Always communicate effectively, be accountable, be ready to intervene as a boss when necessary and lastly be empathetic. This means you have to always CARE for your CX.
