The road is flanked by the traffic light at the entry which makes access easy, the wide parking lots makes easy parking of vehicles effortless.
It overlooks the coastal waters and has the prestigious boat club on it's back side, Civic centre is always the right place for different flagship events from workshops, seminars, balls, corporate and marketing events.
Access to the halls is flexible, either by the stairs or by the elevator.

The parking is so large, uninterrupted power supply, can take well over a thousand guests (not sure of the exact number though),air conditioner so chilling, the location is easily accessible and most of all, the security is 100%. The rest rooms at the podium are also well. managed. Enought space for vendors.
The exceptional services rendered by the manager is commendable. She's always ready to listen and attend to requests promptly.

One of the large ACs didn’t seem to circulate air properly as many of the wedding guests seated by that AC and at the back had to resort to using small electric hand fans to cool themselves.

Huge space and very spacious parking spot. Good Halls with various equipments. Stage, nice restrooms, nice chairs unique hall decoration. Good for any type of event. It is close to the lekki ajah express so very accessible.

Great idea to have toilet's in the car park, but maintain them to match the event hall's standards. Great location in central Lagos for the island and mainland customers.
Goodness H.★★★★★ — the place is okay. it has a vertical parking space. not really ideal for larger celebrations because of the parking spaces which cannot accpet much vehicles coming up. there are other facilities and shops in the venue that yse different floors in the location so parking is an issue but people still use it anyway. the hall is very okay. Good ac and the capacity is okay.

I highly recommend for your wedding. Parking might be an issue if you have a large guest list. Some cars had to park on the road, I used the uba car park nearby.
Also, the restroom is quite hard to find and pretty basic
