    • Soffiyah M. ★★★★★ : As someone who hadn’t taken driving lessons before, Mr. Toyet is an experienced instructor, and I learned a lot from the first day to the last. The training was definitely worth the payment. While I was there though, only an automatic car was available to learn with. I think it would be nice if both manual and automatic options were available. They could also be a bit more patient with shorter learners, especially when it comes to helping with seat adjustments so you can see the road better.
    • Samuel G. ★★★★★ : A awesome place to learn driving, very detailed when teaching and I enjoyed every bit learning with Toyet Driving School... One of the best school so far in ilorin, kwara state... Tested and Trusted 💯.. The best school you will love to train and process your driver's license, vehicle papers etc... Fast and reliable 💯

    Recent reviews

    • Shehu M. ★★★★★ : I have serious concerns about this driving school. They seem incredibly impatient and unprofessional during training. My wife has been attending for a while, and instead of helping her improve, they often mistreat her. I paid for two sessions, but neither was beneficial. Every time we make a payment, their attitude changes drastically, and they start acting differently. It feels like we’re dealing with scammers. This school has been a huge disappointment, and I would advise others to be cautious.

How to choose safely

What to check before choosing driving schools in Ilorin

Rankings are a starting point. For this category, these are the checks that most often separate a useful recommendation from a risky one.

  • Check accreditation

Ask which body accredits the programme and what certificate you receive at the end, then confirm it with that body before you enrol.

  • Get fees and duration in writing

Course fees, what they cover, the length of the course and the class schedule should be on paper before any payment.

  • Visit the classroom first

See the training room, the equipment and a class in session before paying. A tour tells you more than a brochure.
