During the time my daughter was there, she shared so many good things about her experience, and it was really encouraging for me as a parent to hear how much she enjoyed her stay. She spoke very highly of the instructors, describing them as kind, caring, patient, and supportive. She appreciated the way they taught and how they made learning easier and more enjoyable for the students. She also spoke positively about the way the instructors attended to students’ concerns and handled different issues with understanding and professionalism. As a parent, it gave me great peace of mind knowing that my daughter was in an environment where she felt comfortable, cared for, and properly guided. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the instructors and the entire team at Soaring Academic. From what my daughter shared with me, her experience was a very positive one, and I am grateful for the role the school played during her time there.

How to choose safely

What to check before choosing dance schools in Lagos

Rankings are a starting point. For this category, these are the checks that most often separate a useful recommendation from a risky one.

  • Check accreditation

Confirm approvals, curriculum, exam track record, and whether the school’s claims are documented.

  • Visit if possible

Fees, transport, class size, security, and facilities are easier to verify in person or through a parent you know.

  • Compare outcomes

Prioritise consistent parent/student feedback over isolated marketing claims or old reviews.
