On January 16, I went to GIG Logistics in Abuja to send a package to Lagos, and it has been my biggest regret. Till today, my client has not received her package.
I have called GIG customer service several times. At first, they said the Abuja attendant made a mistake with my phone number. I later provided the correct number, yet my client still hasn’t received her items.
Each time I call, they keep lying, saying my client will receive the package “today” or “tomorrow.” Up till now, nothing. Meanwhile, they have already collected the delivery fee from me.
GIG Logistics is unreliable and dishonest.
Please, people should not use them.

I have cleared my chats with the customer service. I found a better logistics company which I used in December, package was delivered in 4 days. I used the same company twice in January, package were safely delivered not exceeding 4 days respectively. Glory be to God, the wedding that AAJ almost caused a disappointment for is holding in 2 days time. Thanks to a better Courier Service.
