I had a package shipped last month, and instead of receiving it, I got an email saying it had been held by the DSS for clearance. I paid the required clearance fee, expecting the package to be released promptly. Weeks later, my package is still nowhere to be found. Every time I call, I'm given a different excuse. First it was the DSS, and now I'm being told they're still waiting for Customs clearance. This has been going on for weeks with no meaningful update. To make matters worse, the staff are consistently rude, and now they don't even bother answering their phones. At this point, the entire experience feels deceptive and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice.

Their staff definitely stole my dress cause how do a dress go missing . May God punish you guys and who stole my dress. I better not one day come across my dress on someone by mistake. Pls save ur money and go to a different company. I remade the dress this company delivered in less than 2 weeks . I didn’t even have to add insurance ( AAJ tell u to add insurance cause they knw they have thief’s in their company) .

I have cleared my chats with the customer service. I found a better logistics company which I used in December, package was delivered in 4 days. I used the same company twice in January, package were safely delivered not exceeding 4 days respectively. Glory be to God, the wedding that AAJ almost caused a disappointment for is holding in 2 days time. Thanks to a better Courier Service.
