Liesel81★★★★★ — I'll start with the positive aspects. I've stayed at this hotel three times already. I really like the rooms and the entire property because of their size and the color scheme, especially in the reception area.
The kitchen staff, the chef, the manager, Isaac from room service, and Chiamaka from the restaurant all deserve top marks for their competence and daily dedication.
The rooms are clean, although some items show signs of wear and tear, such as loose faucets, remote controls without battery compartment covers, and loose toilet seat covers. An improvement in the existing quality control would be desirable.
The attitude of some of the young women in the restaurant and at reception could also be improved. Thanking guests for their stay is, after all, part of their job. Perhaps those who already do this could inspire their colleagues. Shouting across the counter even whilst using terms such "Auntie" or "Mama" is neither polite nor appropriate. In hospitally yelling or talking loudly has no place.
I still highly value this accommodation, as it generally meets the standard of a place I can recommend to visitors of Enugu.
Keep it up and please improve the areas that need improvement.

Stephanie N.★★★★★ — All the marketing. All the videos online. You would think this place was nice and clean, but it was far from it. Don’t let the nice videos and pretty lobby confuse you. DO NOT BOOK. Firstly, we booked two twin bed rooms online for two nights, and when we had arrived they told us that two of those type of rooms don’t even exist in the whole establishment (only one) and that the one room was book for the second night we intended to stay. So, they have overbooked and made us book another room that didn’t even exist. Next, they were not accommodating about the mistake they made. Sure, they were nice. But, all they said was we needed to pay for extra rooms. Make it make sense! They made a huge mistake but then we have to suffer and pay more for rooms we didn’t want. Third, the cleanliness is far below average. The moment I walked into the room. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Floors weren’t clean. Towels had brown stains. Bed had stains. Walls had big holes and damages. Wires coming out of the ceilings. Fourth, bed was rock solid and smelled strange. I will not be staying another night, and I would never book here again.

Superficially, it seems like an updated place with the online site showing the best version of the hotel. I will say the lobby and reception areas are nice however, the rooms were below standard at best. Cleanliness of the rooms were unsatisfactory as if someone just organized the rooms but declined to actually clean the rooms well. The bed was rock hard as well. And just by looking closely, one can see that the finishes on the hotel have not been maintained well at all. Unfortunately, I have to say that I will not stay at this hotel again and plan on checking out after one night.
