- Liesel81 ★★★★★ : I'll start with the positive aspects. I've stayed at this hotel three times already. I really like the rooms and the entire property because of their size and the color scheme, especially in the reception area. The kitchen staff, the chef, the manager, Isaac from room service, and Chiamaka from the restaurant all deserve top marks for their competence and daily dedication. The rooms are clean, although some items show signs of wear and tear, such as loose faucets, remote controls without battery compartment covers, and loose toilet seat covers. An improvement in the existing quality control would be desirable. The attitude of some of the young women in the restaurant and at reception could also be improved. Thanking guests for their stay is, after all, part of their job. Perhaps those who already do this could inspire their colleagues. Shouting across the counter even whilst using terms such "Auntie" or "Mama" is neither polite nor appropriate. In hospitally yelling or talking loudly has no place. I still highly value this accommodation, as it generally meets the standard of a place I can recommend to visitors of Enugu. Keep it up and please improve the areas that need improvement.
