We had five days to plan the funeral and I liaised, from the UK, with Seyi over WhatsApp. All details were taken care of – picking up my father’s body from the mortuary, confirming his clothes, setting up the room for the service, testing the screen for the photos we wanted to display, providing the hearse to transport him to the cemetery as well as the pall bearers to lay him to rest. We discussed options, I was able to choose what I thought my father would prefer and it all came in within budget. I arrived in Lagos only 1.5 days before the actual funeral and everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the services that Ebony Vaults provide and with the upkeep of the vaults on site.

Lotad is big, spacious with ample parking, though navigation was a little challenging, it is an excellent funeral service home and I recommend. 5 star!
