They are highly unprofessional, as demonstrated in two encounters now. I wish I could give zero stars. They seemed aggravated that I arrived during their business hours without an appointment. They begrudgingly agreed to take measurements for the hemming and I left the garments with an agreement that they would be completed within 2 days. I later receive a invoice and demand to pay before they begin the alterations. They have my garments and they want full payment in advance also. I picked my garments and went elsewhere. Unprofessional.
