Very terrible experience I had in this branch. It took about a month to get my debit card ready instead of 7 days and I got to the bank to stand for so long due to network issue. It is so unfair. The branch needs to do better. I have never had this kind of experience with any…

Very terrible customer service and the staff discriminates based on how a customer looks, if you want quick service make sure you appear looking very rich.. their service is equally very slow, I had to spend over 1 hour to cash a cheque…..
