Lukas M★★★★★ — Services are very erratic. They attempt to fix one problem and create 10 more and act like it's none of their business. They don't follow up on customers when they damage your vehicle. For a job of 60k to replace my slack timing chain tensioner, they replaced it and did not time the engine correctly and bent all my valves and camshaft, i replaced every part they damaged from my pocket just because i just wanted them to be done with it and everything went downhill, i will get them a new part and they will damage something else, i spent approximately 700k in total and my car went from having hard start due to timing issue to being almost not drivable after spending 700k plus. Then just a simple upholstery job which they just needed to remove the old cloth and put in a new one, my sunroof started leaking terrible.
My AC that was working perfectly and has never given me issues before no longer working. All just from replacing timing chain tensioner, a job of 60k. God forbid.
They might be good at old model cars, but not German cars.
When you call to complain about the bad job, they either don't pick up or just start giving excuses.
