- Prince N. ★★★★★ : Bad experience. Too many hidden charges My group of 5 and I went on Saturday 12th April 2026 because there was a promo: Only pay for safety gear and you get the experience. Safety gear was 15k per person. Plus insurance. Plus VAT. Totalling about 18,275. On getting there, one of the staff told us outside that the promo was over and we had to pay full price of about 65k per person. Imagine! I made some calls to another staff and we got back on track. After paying 91k+ for the group, oya let's go inside, they said we still need to buy googles (15k) and a shower cap (5k) per person added to the 91k+ we already paid. That is an additional 100k! I nformed them we already paid for safety gear. The manager, Keji Giwa said it doesn't cover googles and a shower cap. Turns out after you pay, they decide what safety gear they will give to you and make you pay for the rest. The 15k covers a towel (which you return) and a life jacket. They make you buy bathroom slippers too if they don't approve what you have. And theirs are twice as expensive. Extortion at its finest. I asked for a refund and Keji said they don't give refunds. First sign of a fraudulent business. At this point some disappointed customers who hadn't paid changed their minds and started stormed off. I was boiling, but after driving for hours from thh mainland to this place, I didn't want to dissapoint my group. I managed to pay. So, beware if you must go. You will enjoy the water slide and the pool (the adult pool was out of order, so we had to use the kids' pool) but there are hidden charges they don't tell you about that keep popping up.
