I feel it is necessary to warn potential guests about the current environment at this property. While marketed as a luxury short-let, the building appears to be frequently occupied by individuals involved in questionable activities.
The atmosphere is increasingly unsettling, and there is a visible presence of what appears to be criminal elements. My primary concern for any legitimate traveler is the high risk of a security raid by the police or EFCC. If such an event occurs, there is a very real danger that innocent guests could be caught in the crossfire or detained along with the targets of the investigation.
For your own safety and peace of mind, I would strongly advise looking for alternative accommodations until the management takes drastic measures to vet their occupants and secure the premises. Not recommended for families or business travelers.

The facilities of the estate, includes standard swimming pool, gym and 2 standby generators. The environment is neat, quite and peaceful environment. The estate has beautiful gardens. And they have staffs that cleans, empty the bins daily and who make sure the surroundings are neat.

I am sharing this review in hopes that it helps future guests make a more informed decision before booking this apartment.
From the outset, my stay dates were clearly communicated to the host via an agent and confirmed. Despite this, I was informed mid-stay that I needed to vacate the apartment because the host had decided to accommodate another guest who was probably booking for a longer period. I went out for the day under the reasonable assumption that I still had access to my accommodation. I was then contacted and told to return immediately to pack my belongings. As a direct result of not being informed in advance, I was forced to move out over an hour past the standard check-in time, an inconvenience that was entirely the host’s making.
What made the situation even more unacceptable was that my caution deposit was not refunded in full. The host cited my delayed departure as the reason for the deduction, the very delay that was caused by their own failure for doing something wrong.
This property showed no regard for guest welfare, basic hospitality, or professional conduct. I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to look elsewhere. If this review prevents even one person from going through the same experience, it has served its purpose. I know Nigerians do not care or bother about reviews, but I am sure this will help someone someday.
