This estate is clean, neat and spacious but most of the apartments are dilapidated and needs urgent renovations and repairs. It's fine from sight but when you get inside the apartment are screaming for renovation. I'm giving you 2 star.

The environment was neat, the apartments were spacious. Apart from its location which way inside the outskirt of town. It's a very good Estate to live in if you want your peace of mind and good security.
