I have said this like a million times, this is where I live and have been living for almost 9 years now. I love the place, but I will love to move on and out. Just want a better change. Pictures show around my block

These houses simply need maintenance. Painting won't be a bad idea. Still a very quiet area to live. Noise is low though with good road network, though they are bad now and need repairs that are hard to come by in Lagos state.

Environment is rough and not properly taken care of. Too many attached structures to the original building. And quite a number of theft happens here. Really not a place to settle if you desire a peaceful, affordable and safe place. Also it's far from town and traffic occasionally…

The buildings are fast becoming old structures that needs renovation and lacking in organized centralized markets, hence you find little shops littered all over the estate. Beyond the many disadvantages, it's still a nice place to live, supports communal life and much cooperation…
