The girl attendants were busy chatting n feeling themselves and the place was not what I thought it was. Just one snooker table at the club entrance and the club room is just there. Nothing special.
The girl whom I had to go and fetch to attend to me did a miserable job.
Being that I was in PH, I needed to eat what I believe would best be prepared by them, Fisherman’s Soup. Which I believe it’s normal proteins should be sea creatures. But the girl came asking what n what I needed and when she came for the third time n asked about what protein would be in the soup, I had to cancel n just told her to bring me stout.
When I was about to leave, no attendant was inside the room. I went to the cashier that I needed to pay for the stout i took so I could leave. Minutes later, the girl attendant brought another stout n I stopped her from opening it. And told her I wanted to pay n leave. She went n brought POS, took my card n keyed in the amount (5k), i thought it was a charge for drinking big stout in their club.
After paying I made to leave n she stopped me n said how about the second bear 🤷🏽♂️🤨
Obviously the noise didn’t let her hear why I actually told her. And they didn’t use invoice to attend to me. Just pretty girls doing dumb service amid a very loud banging of songs from the DJ
By the way, I was also disappointed that I didn’t see the ‘girls’ I’ve heard overtime that hang around there (was there between 9pm - 9:40pm) Had to walk down the street to see where they were standing waiting for some potential clients.
When I entered Bolt it was the driver that told me I was leaving too early lol. I told him about my disappointment and he said by 12-2am girls fill that Casablanca so much you find it hard to breathe lol.

This is why it’s important to have HR in ever establishment. I ordered and paid for a sharwama and I never got it, using to dispatch service provided by your staff, even though I provided my preferred ride and now all I get is sorry ma!!!!!! Sharwama I no see, my money I no see!!!
