I was devastated, confused, and scared. I never even knew that was possible after delivery. But then came Dr. Kingsley calm, compassionate, and so knowledgeable. He took one look at her and knew exactly what was happening. He explained everything to me with such patience and care.He didn’t just treat her he gave her sight back. I will never forget the moment she looked at me again. I broke down in tears.He gave me my girl back.
And he didn’t stop there. He checked every single one of the puppies and thank God he did,because one of them was already fading from malnutrition. He acted so fast, stepped in, and saved that little life. Today, all the puppies are alive and well, nursing and growing strongbecause Dr. Kingsley cared.
This man is not just a vet. He’s a miracle worker with a heart of gold. If you love your animals like family, then trust me when I say Dr. Kingsley is the one you want by your side. He saved my dog, her sight, and her babies and I will be forever grateful.

Otherwise, this is a very clean, orderly and appealing Pet shop and Clinic.
All the pet assessor's are well arranged, they have a wide range of dog and cat food.
They even have Royal Canine the best dog food brand even fussy dogs eat that.
They have Bravetco tablets to prevent your pet from parasite infestations, for various sizes of dogs.
Various dog cages and carriers, sleeping beds and feeding bowls.
Thier resident vet does dog shaving services as well, incase the dog needs cleaning and total shave off, price ranges from 12,000 and above depending on condition and service required.
So all is good apart from a very slow, nonchalant attitude of the sales girl. She is not knowledgeable about thier products and so slow to assist, almost like you are forcing her. She can't help make choices, the best bet will be to talk to the resident vet, he is agile, more desposed to talking and can help make choices to any customer who is confused about something or is clueless about what to actually get.

Been there 3 times, never met the doctor, the last time I had to wait for more than an hour for the doctor, he never came, his phone was switched off and it was an emergency. Long story short, the dog died. So, 2 stars. If it was a pet store, I would give 4 stars, but as a veterinary clinic, 2 stars. That’s definitely not a clinic.

The store section along the express has better behaved staffs.
I will be advising all those I have recommended this place to stop or accept any eventual incidents without involving me.

Took my puppy dog here for treatment, left her for 3 days after paying 50,000 naira hopping they would take care of her, I took her in the worse condition ever. Vet kept saying she’s fine when she clearly wasn’t. When I called them to tell them she was vomiting they still told me to force feed her. So incompetent.She died at the end of the day. They couldn’t do a proper test to know what was actually wrong with her and they keep giving her drug’s without knowing how she is and what she can and can’t take. Worst part they force fed my dog and she had a lil injury on her eye lid.
