I must honestly say the management in Portharcourt office close to NAF Base are very unprofessional, rude,corrupt, and indiscipline. They need training in logistics ,Human management and material handling.
They drop customers luggage after charging for extra luggage fee just to accommodate waybill or luggage for individual that are not in the vehicle making the vehicle overloaded and customers not having space for their own luggage.
I believe this does not align with the owners core Mission and Vision for this business.

It's worth noting that the ambiance of a location can significantly influence the perception of the individuals therein and the quality of services one can expect.
Additionally, the absence of clear signage to identify the property, coupled with the GPS location directing to a junction rather than the property itself (which is situated within a close), may necessitate the establishment of a more precise GPS pin to facilitate accurate navigation.
