When I was booking the session, all I told them was that it was her birthday and they shouldn’t call her because it’s meant to be a surprise. That’s it. My goodness, they DELIVERED. From the time we arrived, the surprise birthday fittings they did in the room where she had her treatment (at no cost to me), how they welcomed her…they truly made her feel special. Though I didn’t plan to, I ended up getting a face treatment myself. Definitely recommend them. 10/10 experience. One thing I noticed, which didn’t affect the quality of my experience but the management needs to look into is how the supervisor treats their staff in front of customers. Whist we were there, the lady (who appears to be their supervisor or something) was really rude in the way she spoke to those staff. Not a good thing at all.

I waited for two hours for my scheduled massage session, yet there was no proper update, explanation, or effort to resolve the delay. While the staff did say ‘sorry,’ it felt insincere and more like a routine response rather than genuine concern for a customer’s time and experience. There was no attempt to offer a solution or make up for the inconvenience. As a first-time client, this left a very bad impression. Time is valuable, and I expected better professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return.
