U C★★★★★ — They are scamming people under false pretences. After you purchase a phone, at the section where they're supposed to review the phone, charger, etc they'll tell you to pay over N2,000 to upgrade RAM, upgrade APN, configure IMEI, configure this and that. None of these are true or real.
RAM upgrade is a scam because it's a setting in some phones (like TECNO) and for phones without that setting, it is not possible.
Your APN is automatically configured by your network provider once you put a SIM in the phone.
IMEI CANNOT BE configured. Every device comes with one.
And Callus Miller is busy deceiving and swindling people under false pretences. Taking advantage of people.
When I questioned them, they said if I don't want to do it I should leave it. Then they tested the charger and cords and I left that section.
I went to the screen guard section and specifically asked for a screen guard that is an exact fit and they claimed they had it. I forgot to verify and when I got home I found out they had put a multi-purpose screen guard that is not an exact fit. The screen guard was covering some sensitive parts of the screen. I called their number and the manager couldn't even apologise and was instead saying it's my fault for not checking. That they've done nothing wrong.
These people are horrible people who do not consider their customers and will rather scam them at the point of patronage.
Their thank you for buying devices from them is to scam you.
Use other outlets like 3C hub, Chuxel, etc.
