The ample space for the cars! Beyond these market square is a good place to do your shopping, reasonable options, good prices. There's a cool lounge for your meetings, outings, relaxation. The mall also houses a grill house for your shawarma and other grills. Catch kilimanjaro et pizza jungle and other fast foods. Pharmacy, unisex saloon, fashion boutiques amongst others.

From fashion boutiques to electronics shops, it has a good mix of local and international brands. The environment is clean, safe, and well-lit, which makes it easy to shop comfortably even during evening hours. The highlight of my visit was the excellent customer service — every shop owner I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and honest about prices. Parking was easy to find, and the plaza’s location makes it convenient for quick errands or weekend shopping. If you live in Asaba or you’re visiting and want a reliable place to shop, First Edition Plaza is a great choice. It’s ideal for buying clothing, footwear, tech gadgets, and even household items all in one location.
